Rules for efficient-ethical management
From Expert 5ATM point of view, ethics and efficiency are actually inseparable. As stated in History and Principles,
the systemic rules applied to social systems are identical to the systemic rules active in organic systems. Since both
organization and economical activities rest on interactivity, they both qualify as systemic process. Following these
systemic rules brings efficiency: a driving force in the physical world, and ethics: respect of natural processes.
Thus the objective in work organizations is to insure that the systemic functions pertaining to management are properly
activated. This means that managers must see that the five functions are activated both at the social (individual
responsibilities) and at the functional (organizational & managerial responsibilities) levels, just as governance has
to implement management practices and a cultural environment in compatibility with systemic principles.
We will address the five systemic functions as they apply to efficient-ethical management. With Expert 5ATM principles, we will see
how each of these functions is influenced by the four others. By establishing these inter activities, we will set the rules for
efficient-ethical management on both company and team levels.
