Team efficiency
While only one productive T5 competency is necessary for an individual to play a systemic role in a team,
a team must in return fulfill all five systemic functions to maintain a maximal efficiency. Team efficiency is a matter
of systemic interaction. We will identify the five systemic functions responsible for the full expression of collective intelligence.
We will see that with Experts 5ATM managers do not have to rely on moral principles which are always difficult to implement, because
they benefit from clearly expressed systemic reference. In other words, managers dispose of a management tool based on organizational
processes rather than on social process. The difference is essential! With Expert 5ATM one does not have to like or to be liked by
collaborators to be professional (although it makes things easier and much nicer). This indeed allows for more maturity in the work place!
Knowing the five systemic functions of a work organization is essential to managers. It provides a precious analytical reference based on
rational and invariant processes a manager can use as a compass.
