Productive competencies T5
Once we activate our three emotional, existential and learning intelligences, we are set to achieve something which is proper
to humankind: create and produce wealth. To that purpose, we dispose of what Expert 5ATM calls 'productive competencies'
(or T5 competencies). These competencies are neither social nor technical, and yet, they allow an individual to integrate in work organization.
More precisely, Expert 5ATM shows that they bring individuals to fulfill a systemic role in that organization. For that reason, T5 competencies
are probably the most important element of work organizations. They constitute the articulation between the individual and the working group,
which is why their proper use (casting) conditiones both individual's and collective performance. There exist 5 families of T5, and each
individual possesses at least one of them.
Expert 5ATM basic training will cover these productive competencies so that managers become capable of identifying these
competencies and then match them with corresponding missions.
