TIME TO CHANGE PARADIGM !


INTRODUCTION

Why are we so obsessed with influencing others? Why should we think that business is war? Why is our idea of leadership so intimately associated with that of power? Why is efficiency confused with urgency? And why is the sense of urgency making us feel more useful in the first place? Why pretend that working together in a cooperative effort is more efficient (which is true) but yet at the same time, promote a socio-cultural environment which salutes individualism and ego-centrisme. Why is the distinction between "being the best" and "being the best that I can be" so consistently overlooked? Can't we learn from those who are better?

A radical change for the study of work organizations is being proposed. This time, the organization is explored from its natural point of view: the cooperation between mature intelligences. We will look at how the "whole" works in order to understand how we fit into the "whole". The focus will be placed on cooperation rather than on competition. In other words, we will seek to better understand how synergies make each one of us grow and mature, and how they lead us into letting go of the belief that we should all act like supermen and women. Intelligence will be the reference because intelligence is by far the main process on which work organizations depend. Accordingly, all intelligences -emotional, existential, social, cooperative, economical- will be linked together because none can be excluded. The result will be a fascinating change of paradigm in the understanding of work organizations along with, a powerful management method.

Expert 5ATM Model proposes an insightful and yet practical management model aimed at understanding and optimizing synergies of intelligences.
