About Chantal Gensse PhD
Dr. Chantal Gensse earned her doctorate degree in geochemistry from the University of Paris and her PhD in ceramic
engineering from the University of Illinois. She worked several years as a researcher for Dupont de Nemours in
Delaware and then went on with her consulting career in North America and Europe. She is the author of a french
patent and the co-author of a us patent.
Dr. Gensse is presently a consultant in performance in Europe and North America. Her activities include coaching top managers,
professional athletes and organizations. She holds conferences and conducts seminars, also in America and Europe. She also teaches
at the Institute of Management (University of Haute Savoie at Annecy, France).
For the past decade, Dr. Gensse has conducted research on social systems. It was this research that led her to publish her first
book on the application of traditional Chinese systemic knowledge to work organizations and management: From Emotional to Managerial
Intelligence (ESF, 2003, Paris). Her breakthrough model has become the powerful Expert 5ATM management method. Dr. Gensse's second
